Track your order

After checkout with cluesfost, order updates are sent to the email address you provided. Use the steps below to follow your shipment.

Locate your confirmation email — It includes your order number and a summary of items purchased.
Watch for a shipping notice — When your package is handed to the carrier, we send tracking details if the carrier provides them.
Open the carrier link— Tracking opens on the carrier's website with the most current delivery status.

If you cannot find tracking

Check spam or promotions folders first. If the email is still missing, contact us with your order number and checkout email address.
